We request that customers uninstall their electrical goods or have someone do it prior to their move day. Our team will not be doing any plumbing, electrical and drilling work. All works of that nature should be handled by a professional prior to the moving day. All electrical goods are to be disconnected and systems to be decommissioned by you prior to the move. Ensure that all domestic and garden appliances, including but not limited to washing machines, dishwashers, hose pipes, petrol lawn mowers are clean and dry and have no residual fluid left in them. Also empty, properly defrost and clean refrigerators and deep freezers.
Unfortunately, professional moving companies cannot transport customers in the moving van for liability reasons. You may wish to arrange your travel plan on your moving day.
If it’s an all-day job, yes as moving is a physical job, and the movers need time to eat during the day, you won’t be charged for their lunch hours if your move operates under an hourly rate. As for providing lunch, it is not required, as the movers often bring lunch or will find somewhere to eat along the way.

Yes, you've always the right to change, postpone or cancel your moving day, however, if you want to cancel you move make sure to give us cancellation notice 10 days before the move to avoid any cancellation fee.
