If you book a full moving service, there will be no charge for up to 10 wardrobe boxes. For any extra boxes, you will be charged £5 for each box.
Yes, for full moving services where we do all the packing, the boxes and all packing materials are always included free of charge. We also offer unpacking services and taking away used boxes for an additional cost. Our specialists are trained to pack your items efficiently so we can fully protect your dishes, pots & pans, books, fragile items, documents and photographs, TVs & electronics, lamps, small mirrors, sculptures, artwork and any glass or marble items.
Yes, we offer both domestic and long-distance moving services for any type of Piano. We understand how precious that piano of yours is for you! We, hence, take utmost care and precision to provide to you impeccable piano removal services at a highly reasonable price.
Yes, we offer two options of loss and damage for your items — Standard cover and Premium cover.
Mondays & Wednesdays are the best days since less people request it, followed by Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fridays and weekends are usually the busiest days.

We recommend at least two weeks in advance when moving locally. For long-distance, we recommend three weeks.
Your price will be based on your inventory, the distance you are travelling and the complexity of the move. Factors such as furniture size, number of large items, level of fragility and services required all play roles in determining your move’s cost. The price offered will be the final price as long as your inventory stays the same. In case your inventory changes, the rate will be adjusted upfront — making sure there aren’t any hidden fees. Our pricing is custom-made for your move and avoids any backend fees and surprise costs, including all labour and travel expenses. Our prices are 99% accurate, guaranteeing that the estimate you get during your booking will be the final price of your move.
The first flight of stairs is free although we do charge any additional stairs according to the size of the move.
Yes, it will make the dresser easier to move. If it’s a self-pack move, we recommend that the customer empty out the dresser prior to the move day.
No. It’s best to keep jewellery, documents and other personal items with you at all times.
Please pack your personal and valuable items as well as medication and other essentials (laptop, mobile phone charger…)
If you’re moving locally, yes, for Long Distance moves, we are not allowed due to insurance cover.
Unfortunately, there is no safe place in the moving van for pets to ride. They cannot be transported in the cab of the moving van for liability reasons, and the back of the moving van is inappropriate due to lack of climate control and the danger posed by potential shifting of heavy objects.
Yes. We will not move firearms, ammunition, drugs, chemicals, plants and pets.
For Long Distance moves, food is not allowed due to insurance cover. For Local Moves, food and liquids should be the last thing to be packed and point these items out to your movers at the start of moving day so they can take the necessary steps to ensure for their proper care.
The number of movers we send depends on your move’s size — our logistics team will make sure we have the appropriate amount of movers to meet your relocation’s requirements.
Yes, we wrap furniture parts in plastic wrap. This clingy, tear-resistant material protects furniture and other items while in transit. Another protective covering often we use when moving furniture are moving blankets. These blankets are thick and will protect not only your furniture when moving but your walls as well.
When you book a move with us 50% of the total quote is required as a deposit upon acceptance of our quote and in full one day before moving day.
Yes, you or a representative needs to be present with the movers. We recommend someone stay with the movers during both the pickup and delivery.
Yes, you can assign someone to represent you at both locations — you just need to provide us with the person’s name and contact information.
If your moving day is rapidly approaching and it becomes clear that you will not be fully packed, you must inform us as soon as possible. We can work with you to make the best possible “plan b” for packing. This may mean having the movers finish your packing or, if you have the flexibility and we have the availability, pushing back your moving day in order to allow more time to pack. If you have only a small quantity of items left to pack, your movers can often complete this on moving day; however, it is important to understand that this will add time to the job and, therefore, add to the total cost of the move.
Yes, we will issue a refund for any items that were initially listed on your move plan but not moved.
You can adjust your inventory at any point by contacting us prior to the moving date. You can add and remove items before or during your move, and your final price will be adjusted accordingly.
We request that customers uninstall their electrical goods or have someone do it prior to their move day. Our team will not be doing any plumbing, electrical and drilling work. All works of that nature should be handled by a professional prior to the moving day. All electrical goods are to be disconnected and systems to be decommissioned by you prior to the move. Ensure that all domestic and garden appliances, including but not limited to washing machines, dishwashers, hose pipes, petrol lawn mowers are clean and dry and have no residual fluid left in them. Also empty, properly defrost and clean refrigerators and deep freezers.
Absolutely. When we deliver your items to your new home, the movers will work closely with you to make sure all furniture and boxes arrive in the correct rooms. We are happy to arrange and rearrange the furniture precisely as you would like it.
For your own peace of mind, you may want to consider moving jewellery and other small valuables yourself in your personal vehicle. As for larger items such as art, antiques, musical instruments, special collections, or other items of great personal meaning and value, point these items out to your movers at the start of moving day so they can take the necessary steps to ensure for their proper care.
No, unless you informed us before moving day to make these arrangements. if you wish to have something transported to a recycling centre location, we are able to transport it at the fixed-rate, plus any fee imposed by the recycling facility.
The movers will clean up any clutter they make during the moving process, but we do not do general house cleaning on moving day. However, you can book a cleaning service with us separately.
Yes. Our professional movers and moving van are prepared to move during rain, sleet, or snow. They come equipped with supplies to keep your belongings safe from the elements. However, in order to keep costs down, we recommend you shovel, rake, or otherwise clear the access ways in preparation for their arrival.
Unfortunately, professional moving companies cannot transport customers in the moving van for liability reasons. You may wish to arrange your travel plan on your moving day.
If it’s an all-day job, yes as moving is a physical job, and the movers need time to eat during the day, you won’t be charged for their lunch hours if your move operates under an hourly rate. As for providing lunch, it is not required, as the movers often bring lunch or will find somewhere to eat along the way.

Yes, you've always the right to change, postpone or cancel your moving day, however, if you want to cancel you move make sure to give us cancellation notice 10 days before the move to avoid any cancellation fee.
